Overseeing all culinary operations, Chef Falsini joins the Resort with over 24 years of experience around the world. Prior to joining Four Seasons, he most recently served as executive chef of Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Prior to this, Falsini was executive chef of the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, where he oversaw seven culinary concepts.

Offered nightly with advanced reservations at 6:00 pm, this four-course communal table dinner includes antipasti, pasta, a main course (varies between seafood, beef, boar and chicken) and dessert. Served family-style, with each dish presented by the Chef, the Ohana Table is intended for a table of 8 to 12 guests.
